- recognising internalised presentation of autism and ADHD in children, adolescents and adults
- signs of Autistic and ADHDer burnout, including School Can't (previously known as school reluctance and school refusal)
- how Autistic and ADHDer burnout differs from depression and anxiety, so needs to be managed differently
- factors that contribute to burnout, including masking and camouflaging in social situations, sensory overload and executive functioning demands
- protective factors, including neurodiversity affirming supports and accommodations at school and work that can reduce the likelihood of burnout
- how to support recovery from Autistic and ADHDer burnout at home, school and in the workplace, and strategies to avoid
